Job Shadowing

Southern Equine Service offers the opportunity for job shadowing to select applicants. A “shadow” differs from an extern in that they are not currently enrolled in a professional veterinary college. Potential shadow applicants can include, but are not limited to: high school students (over 18 years of age), undergraduate students, and adult individuals who have an interest in pursuing veterinary medicine as a career. At this time, all applicants for shadowing must be over 18 years of age and may shadow for 2 weeks total and ONLY 1 to 2 days per week. On arrival at the clinic, shadows will check in with the front desk.
